QB Tools treats each Client with respect, takes into account current legal requirements and best practices for protecting confidential information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully!
This Privacy Policy regulates the relationship between the Service Provider
(hereinafter - QB Tools) and any natural person, individual entrepreneur or
legal entity (hereinafter - the Client) on matters related to the processing of
personal data and information during the use of the QB Tools service. The
privacy policy applies to all data and information received by QB Tools from
the Client/Administrator/User while using the service.
In the event that any of the conditions specified in this Privacy Policy are not
accepted by a person intending to use the Service, such person may not use
the Service.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the current
legislation of Ukraine and GDPR requirements.
1.2. Familiarity with and agreement with this Privacy Policy is mandatory for
using the QB Tools service.
1.3. Key Terms:
Personal data - information or a set of information about a natural person
who is identified or can be clearly identified;
GDPR - the regulation of the European Union on the protection of personal
data of all persons within the European Union and the European Economic
Area;
The consent of the subject of personal data is a voluntary expression of will
regarding the granting of permission for the processing of personal data in
accordance with the defined purpose of their processing;
Processing of personal data - any action or set of actions, such as collection,
registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, change, renewal, use and
distribution (distribution, implementation, transfer), depersonalization,
destruction of personal data, including using information (automated)
systems.
1.4. By registering and using the QB Tools service, the Client confirms that
he has read all applicable documents (Terms of Access and Use) and this
Privacy Policy.
1.5. When registering a user - Client in QB Tools, a corresponding account
(profile) containing a number of personal data is created. The client
guarantees and is responsible for the reliability, completeness and relevance
of such data.
1.6.In the event that QB Tools has reason to believe that the information
provided is incomplete, unreliable or untrue, QB Tools has the right to ask
the Client for supporting documents, as well as at its discretion to
temporarily block or completely delete the account, as well as prohibit the
Client from using the QB Tools service in whole or in part.
1.7. In the process of registering and using the Service, the Client provides
his phone number.
1.8. The client is independently responsible for the distribution of data for
accessing the service (name, phone number), for entering personal data into
the QB Tools Service, for the content of the content, including compliance of
the content with the norms of current legislation.
2. Information that is collected
and can be processed
2.1. In order to provide quality services to the Clients, QB Tools needs to
receive certain information about the Client, general personal data of users,
while QB Tools is limited to the minimum list of information and data that is
necessary to provide services and achieve the goal.
2.2. Information provided by the Client to QB Tools may include:
• personal data, including data of third parties (Administrator, User): name,
date of birth, gender, postal address, e-mail, phone number, information
about bank accounts (card accounts), field of practice (activity), photo,
Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP),
link pages, interests, dates and times of login/logout, operating system;
• information that makes up the scope of the Client's labor relations;
• information we receive about the Client from other official sources,
including social networks, and with the help of messengers configured to
work with the service.
